If you aren't aware of the Life series, or "Traffic School" as Skizz and Impulse code-named it, then I wonder why you came here...

The Life series is the brainchild of Grian, and started as an "experimental" series. Each season has a unique name and unique twists that keep everyone in the series guessing and creates some of the most amazing, unscripted, reactionary, "yes, and..." improvisational chaos that you can find on the internet. It is also the birthplace of a lot of animatics, memes and out of context quotes over the years. Who knows, maybe one day Skizz will actually win a series (or at least finish in the top 3)*.

• 3rd Life: This is the original series, back when no one really knew what it was all about, and it was amazing. Go watch Skizz's episodes starting here, if you haven't.

• Last Life: The tricky second series, that randomised the number of lives each player had and added the Boogeyman mechanic, where a random player is cursed to kill another player by the end of the episode. Some people claim that the Boogeyman curse is a direct result of Skizzleman's own rage at what happened in 3rd Life, but you can judge for yourself by watching from here.

• Double Life: Sadly Skizz couldn't play in this season, and still gets FOMO about it. So we'll move quickly on.

• Limited Life: Each player this season had only 24 hours to live, where kills will steal time and add it to your won. This is the season where Skizz developed the "Skynet strategy" that cost many youtubers their lives, and you can watch it here.

• Secret Life: Secret Life's Twist was the secret tasks, each player each session had a task (some easy, some ridiculous, some improbable, and a few utterly impossible) that they must keep and complete in secret, you can watch Skizz struggle here.

• Wild Life: This season had the most incredible twists, with each episode having a unique mechanic (a Wild card) that altered the game. Without spoiling the Wild cards you can watch here.

• Past Life: The current season is happening right now, and the twist this time is that they are playing in older versions of the game (beginning back in the Beta versions). This radically alters the mechanics and gameplay as older versions of minecraft were a lot less use-friendly, and were a lot more janky. You can catch this season as it releases here.

The Life series has its own unique style and feel that fan artists have built on and made their own, and this has led to some amazing Merch in previous seasons, and Past Life is no exception.
